Svein Erik Lilleland

Managing Director

Svein Erik Lilleland started his career in oil services sector in 1995 and has experience in all the main elements of the supply chain, including sales, strategy, finance and management. He also has M&A experience from a number of transactions in the oil service industry.

Svein Erik came to Wunderlich after 13 years at subsea specialists, CorrOcean ASA, where he headed the Houston office, was Head of Sales, and became Deputy CEO. Following CorrOcean’s takeover of Roxar (now owned by Emerson Process Management), Svein Erik became a Director within the management consulting and business development division. He has also worked as Project Manager for the Norwegian Trade Council in Houston.

Svein Erik holds a BSc. in Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA from London Business School.

Rune Mæle

Partner

Rune Mæle has worked in the finance and energy sector since 1999, and recently focusing on Private Equity. Rune has been involved a number of secondary transactions, in addition to originating, structuring and management of investment vehicles. Previous roles are Managing director and Portfolio manager of Norske Shell pension fund, Advisor for Royal Dutch Shell international pension group. He has also E&P experience from Norske Shell as an economist. Prior to joining Wunderlich, Rune was part of a team establishing a local investment firm, SSB Securities ASA.

Rune holds an MSc. in Finance from Strathclyde University in the UK and is a certified Portfolio Manager (NFF/NHH).

Fredrik Melbo

Associate

Fredrik Melbo has worked in the finance sector since 2004.

Previous experience include working for general insurers, Tryg Forsikring; Acergy, an international offshore construction company; and SSB Securities which was acquired by Wunderlich in August 2009.

Fredrik holds an MSc. in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Administration (NHH).

Kristian Sakkestad

Associate

Kristian Sakkestad has worked in the finance sector since 2010. Prior to joining Wunderlich he worked for Nordea, Norway’s second largest bank. Kristian holds a BSc. in business from The University of Stavanger and a MSc. in Finance & Strategic Managment from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
